Gleb Igolkin

Gleb Igolkin is the Managing Director of CBI Professionals and since 2020 Gleb has served as the passport officer for the Immigration Department of the Republic of Vanuatu. He has been involved in the citizenship by investment industry since 2010, actively promoting citizenship programs from Caribbean and Pacific Island nations globally at the governmental level.

Gleb has vast experience in interacting with the immigration authorities of most island jurisdictions and frequently attends major conferences and exhibitions focused on citizenship by investment and private capital as a participant and speaker.

Daniel Agius

A qualified accountant educated in Australia, Daniel Agius is the Managing Director of CBI Professionals and the head of a leading international consultancy firm in Vanuatu specializing in citizenship by investment. He is a trusted advisor to the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu, actively participating in the development and implementation of national policies. His insight and strategic acumen play a crucial role in shaping Vanuatu’s financial landscape, particularly in the dynamic sector of citizenship by investment programs.

As the architect of the innovative Capital Investment Immigration Plan – the Coconut Oil Fund (CNO Future Fund), Daniel Agius has demonstrated his visionary approach and focus on the future economic growth of the Republic of Vanuatu. Stacey Ann Alleyne

Stacey Ann Alleyne is an experienced attorney-at-law and Notary Public, admitted to the Bars of Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Kitts and Nevis. With over 15 years in business and law, she offers strategic guidance and trusted legal expertise.

She is the founder of Aberdeen Law, a forward-thinking firm based in St. Kitts and Nevis, specializing in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and immigration law. Stacey Ann leads a dedicated team known for delivering personalized, discreet, and results-driven support throughout the investment migration process.
